What and how much we eat, how we prepare our food, how much time we spend for the meal and in what mental condition we are during the meal – all this also decides weather we nourish ourselves correctly or incorrectly, well or poorly.
In Ayurveda the meaning of natural medicine is equivalent to nutrition. Therefore, remedies are ordered only if the correct nutrition alone does not work and is not more beneficial than the remedy.
