Panchakarma for Seniors:
Panchakarma treatments aim both the cleaning of body and spirit and the freeing from complaints. With correct Panchakarma only one treatment per day is performed. Only by it the effect of the medicine and the oils is ensured. In addition, that means that for the conscientious cleaning of a whole body sometimes up to three months is needed. Since not everyone can (or want to) rise this time, often shortened procedures are offered, which are maybe ayurvedically correct, but are not Panchakarma. An example: one can clean a house in one day or in one week – the result will be different.
Minimum stay 4 weeks.
You get a 30-day-visa marked into the passport with the entry. With longer stay please request a visa at home at the Sri Lankan embassy or in Colombo (lasts without travel time approx. 2-4 hours).
