Panchakarma for Seniors (incl. program for weight reduction):

Panchakarma treatments aim not only the cleaning of body and spirit but also the release from complaints and troubles. Therefore with the "correct" Panchakarma not more than one treatment per day is recommendet, to ensure the effects of the medicine and the oils. In addition that means it needs for an "average" body up to three months, in order to achieve a complete cleaning. As only a few employed persons can practically raise this time, often shortened procedures are offered. To the comparison: one can accomplish the cleaning of a flat in one day or one week - the results will be different.
