worthwhile for almost everyone - hence not only for those who already practice yoga and/or meditation - but also for beginners who might think they are already too old to start. But especially if you are a patient we recommend you to have a go, even though you might believe your joints are not up for it or it's too late for you to start. You will see that especially beginners will be able to notice really amazing improvements!
