Payment / Insurance invoice
Nowhere at the Lotus-Villa do you need to pay immediately. It is enough if you sign a small receipt. We collect all of them in the office and then if requested by you we draw up an interim invoice or settle everything together before your departure. At the end of your stay you will receive a special invoice from us which you do not have to pay for. It has been designed for insurance applications and for the tax office (special expenses) and includes all information which these institutions require for an eventual reimbursement.
Credit cards and Cash
We have been connected to the banking system and are now allowed to accept practically all credit cards. We have also permission to exchange currencies. Sri Lanka's currency is called "Rupee" and 100 cents are 1 Rupee. The highest bank note is the 1000 Rupee note. If you want to exchange money directly at the airport, try to more low Rupee notes than high ones.
