Questionnaire for wheelchair users and disabled people:
(In the Lotus-Villa all questions can be answered with"yes")

- Are the drivers, masseurs, waiters and roomboys trained in the usage a wheelchair
- Are the doorswide enough to wheelchairs to fit through
- Are emergency/alarm switches in the bathroom also possible to reach when lying on the floor
- Are the showers accessible for a wheelchair user
- Are toilet seats are also available
- Are at least the treatment rooms, rooms, restaurant and office accessible whithout  having to climb any stairs
- Are special matresses available such as a "water bed"
- Are handles available, which can be fixed to suit individual requirements
- Are handles and a ramp available for a possibly existing swimming pool
