Dear friends and guests of Lotus Villa,
We hope that all of you and your loved ones have survived the time of the pandemic well. This was a big challenge for us, because we had to completely close the Lotus Villa for a total of almost 13 months.

But now there is good news: the infection numbers in Sri Lanka are very low, so the international airport is open again, and there are also connections to us from Germany (primarily the Middle East airlines such as Qatar Airways and Emirates).
However, the government only allows guests from abroad to stay in Sri Lanka in special certified hotels that have to prove a comprehensive hygiene concept. We had to wait a very long time for this test, but now our hotel has been classified as a Safe & secure Hotel. This means that we can now offer you the stay, our service and most Ayurvedic treatments in the usual quality.

I can assure you that with great effort and many individual measures for your safety in Sri Lanka from arrival at the airport to transfers, room facilities, meals, treatments, events and excursions, we have done everything to ensure your health. We are proud to have received the government certificate, but more important to us is that with our own quality standards we take your safety just as seriously as our authentic Ayurvedic treatments, the loving care of our proven team of employees and the quality of all the facilities in the Lotus Villa.

With this in mind, we hope to see you all again soon and look forward to your visit!
